Mystique Style. The Look: Ultimate romance. This style calls for hair that's naturally curly, wavy or texturized with a perm. Here's an easy way to give textured hair loads of drop-dead glamour. Dampen your hair and apply Biolage Defining Elixir* liberally. Comb hair straight back. Using fingers and comb, create several finger waves and hold them in place with clips at the crown. Work the rest of your hair into curls. To dry, nestle the curls into a diffuser. When your hair is dry, gently separate the waves and curls with your fingers or a pick. At the crown, lift your hair slightly up and loosely pin it in place from behind. Take a section of hair from the side. Gently twist and pin it up behind the top section. Take another section from the side, loosely twist and pin it up behind the previous section. Repeat on the other side. Leave the back hair loose. Mystique Texture. The Look: The new body builders. For this look you'll need shoulder length hair in long layers. A Matrix or Logics Texture Diffusion wave can build in body. Start with damp hair. Apply a generous amount of Vital Nutrients BodyFusion Volumizer* (about four pumps), one section at a time. Diffuse dry your hair with your fingers, lifting your hair up as you dry. Mystique Style. The Look: Pretty. With edge. Trendy looks like this work best when the texture has been chiseled in with a professional cut. To style, just accent the texture. Blow dry, styling your hair into a tousled look by using the flat of your hand and your fingers to roll and lift. Continue blow drying. Mystique Color. The Look: Grown-up romance. For this style, your hair should be short and layered in back with longer layers in front. Start with damp hair lightly sprayed with Logics Coloreserve Thermal Fixative*. Begin styling in the back, using a blow dryer and your fingers. Rub and lift your hair as you dry. To style the front, use a paddle brush and blow dryer. For smoothness plus volume, brush hair in the opposite way you'll be wearing it. When your hair is almost dry, switch and brush it in the right direction. Blow dry the sides, using a paddle brush to lift and direct your hair forward.
